AURONERA 2016
Falstaff: On the nose: cinnamon and milk chocolate, cocoa bean, elderberry juice, dark cherry and thyme, menthol. On the palate a dense, firm tannins presse hard, the wine has a long plateau phase that brings together tension and concentration at a high level and hints at excellent ageing potential. Extremely young! And not saturatin

AURONERA 2015
Falstaff: Roasted new wood, notes of dried meat, thyme and sage. Bitter chocolate. Powerful in the mouth with fine, but also structured tannins, dense, “warm” and plump, but also with plenty of juiciness and a mineral tinge that lends freshness. Still youthful and compact, with very good proportions and excellent ageing potential.
Rindchen’s Delights: The Sensory Experience
What a Tuscan wine! The unique and rare black slate soils of Maremma produce here a Sangiovese cuvée of sublime grandeur. Plenty of black currant, even more blackberry, followed by bittersweet chocolate, licorice, and wild herbs. Always accompanied by a noble, ethereal freshness, with hints of Moroccan mint and eucalyptus leaves in the finish. Despite its robust structure, it has very fine tannins on the palate. Simply: Wow! From the first sip to the finale.

AURONERA 2018
Falstaff: Peppermint and blackberry, sage, thyme. Then again fruity series. Quite a powerful body on the palate, the alcohol is present but is overshadowed by an extremely dense extract and ripe, yet fresh fruit. Despite the fire and the volume, the tannin remains unencumbered, with a medium grain size that matches the aromas and mild, soft components.

SCORPUS 2016
Falstaff: Dark chocolate, cinnamon, clove on the nose. In the mouth plump and soft, very fine, silky tannin in good dose, ripe acidity, a Sangiovese in a Sunday suit, extremely balanced, stylistically, however, more pleasing by fullness and power than by primal wildness.
Flavius Scorpus was the famous charioteer in Rome (1st Century).
Scorpus’s personality and his story from a lawless slave to one of Rome’s most famous charioteers inspired us to name our best wine after him.
ANDRAEMO was the lead and favorite horse of Flavius Scorpus.
